Please explain how they utilized this concept to argue for particular molecules being the hereditary material (the gene) and how did the use of DNase and RNase enzymes allow Avery, MacLeod and McCarty to suggest that they had more clearly indicated nucleic acids as the most likely candidate for the title genetic materials.
